There are lots of sites with photos of abandoned inhabitation, but this was clearly a beautiful resort location. I’m guessing despite the spelling it’s here, in Georgia on the Black Sea ?

You are right, it is considered to be Georgia by Google, but it’s also independent state of Abkhasia, recognized by Russia and Ugo Chavez.
Th pictures are a mix of abandoned USSR health resorts and a famous Art Nouvo palace from Tsar time.
